Habitat accepts donated goods which are sold to the general public at a fraction of the retail price. The proceeds help our local Habitat affiliate fund the construction of Habitat homes within our community. Learn More
Habitat for Humanity is a non profit organization that helps build decent housing for those in need. We rely on volunteer labor and donations to build simple and decent shelter. Prospective homeowners are required to put a down payment on a house and also complete 500 hours of "sweat equity". Habitat for Humanity homes are sold to partner families for no profit and no interest. Mortgage payments are used to fund future home projects.
